How does an order work?

Placing an order with mysterybees is just as easy as any other order in an online webshop, that has of course been taken care of. Anyone, with or without experience in online purchasing, is able to order products and accessories online from mysterybees. You order your desired products on the site, enter your address details and you can pay the total amount directly online.

I have ordered and paid. When can I expect the products?

If you order before 6:00 PM, your order will be prepared the same day by one of our employees. Your products are immediately prepared for shipment, after which they will be shipped. Your order will usually be delivered to you the next day (if within the Netherlands) and you will sign for receipt.

Our Belgian customers usually receive their order within 2-3 working days, sometimes this takes up to 4 days depending on periodic busy times at the postal service.

What should I do if my order has not been delivered within the specified period?

First of all, you can track your order online with the unique tracking code issued by us. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you will find a delivery note in your letterbox with a message from the postal company that they will come again the next day or that you can collect your mail at the nearest postal branch.

If you have any questions for any reason, please let us know.

Please do not forget to include your tracking number in your email.

Exchange or Return?

For practical reasons, we do not have the option to exchange or take back damaged products!
